GREENSTARs is a new generation of roller machine for leather finishing with working width from 1300 to 2400 mm and high technical and ecological performance.
The new coating technology is the result of in-depth research and extensive testing in the laboratory and in the tannery on the geometry of the conveyor belt. The machine allows to finish in reverse mode any type of leather ensuring extreme precision of application and in covering effect, even on very defective leathers with highly uneven thickness. .
With GREENSTARs you can finish:
- cowhides for footware and leather goods
- very light sheepskin (0.4 mm) for clothing
- automotive crusts.
The different applications of GREENSTARs are:
- application of stucco or very viscouse products for the correction of defects
- application of liquid or foamed pre-coating either on buffed and full grain leathers
- base coat and pigment pre-base coat with water based chemical both on hides and on splits
- application of color coat and topa coat on smooth leather or fine embossed grain leathers
- impregnation
- fat liquors and cold and hot oils and waxes.
INNOVATIONS e BENEFITS of GREENSTARs
Numerous are the innovations featured by the machine.
- Customized finishing: options of dozen of engraved rollers, of different engraving types, capacity (from 2.5 to 40 gr/pg) and surface treatment (chromed or Long Life), for any finighing requirements.
- Elimination of any contamination of the flash side of the hides: the new geometry of the conveyor belt allow the detachment of the leather from the carpet without the need of mechanical elements. As optional, it is possible add a system for cleaning in continuous for elimination of dust contamination.
- Total absence of vibration and relating stripes upon the coated film: the reinforced dimension of the machine and the new design of the rubber belt increase accuracy in the coating area and the finishing quality.
- Stability of the coating over time, eliminating problems due to blade wear: the movement of the doctor blade is carried out by electric motors and sensors that guarantee the maintenance of the inclination and pressure of the blade itself.
- Systems for the elimination of dust contamination: special introduction belts with non-stick surface and a dedicated system for removing them from the contaminating particles, guarantee a self-cleaning effect and increase the quality of the coating.
- Best usability in check functions: new easy-to-use touch screen to check the functions of the machine, the article recipes and alert warnings.
- Intra-connection and inter-connection: specific hardware and software allow the connection to the tannery company network for data import and export (recipes, batch identifiers, processed batches, active working times) and the connection with Gemata for the resolution of failures and update of the software by remote control.
