Advantages compared to a spray cabin

The biggest advantage of TOPSTAR compared to a spray cabin is the application of the chemical on the skin without any dispersion.

In this way you have a saving of chemical (back and / or fixative) above 50%, saving over the disposal of sludge (the remaining 50% of the product that is not deposited on the skin) caused by the spraying cabin.

Also you have the energy savings indicated in the table below (electric power, water and compressed air) and less noise: 70 dB (A) for the TOPSTAR and 80 dB (A) for a spray cabin.

Finally, there is a better duration of tunnel transport’s wires and the elimination of the weekly cleaning of spray cabins (in the case of fixatives the cleaning is very difficult to do and it produces waste expensive to dispose).
